Are we in Michigan or in a 17th century French countryside? You would never know at Greencrest Manor, nestled behind iron-wrought gates and down a cobbled tree line path, lies a chateau that transcends time.

We could not have asked for a more perfect set up for Ashley and Andrew’s big day. The two had their first look in the courtyard area of the garden, before being accompanied by their fur babies, Piper and Finn, adorned with floral collars by LB Floristry. Their wedding suite enveloped the theme of their day completely and was captured so perfectly by Christine Lim Photography.

The backdrop for their vows was something out of a storybook, complete with both Piper and Finn strutting down the aisle strewn with flower petals.

Their décor and details mixed seamlessly with the estate’s enchanting and royal façade. Guests mingled in and out of French glass doors onto the patio balcony during cocktail hour, before crossing the grounds to the white tent nestled amongst the trees. Cocktails and cookies sporting the pup’s face could be seen across the bar and lining the tiered gold dessert holder.

Ashley and Andrew exited thorough a tunnel of sparklers held by their friend’s as a light rain began to drizzle, JUST at the very end of the night. These 2 were the perfect pair to work with, and their ease and calm emanated throughout the entire event. Any chance I have to work with perfect pups is also makes the best days on the job! So good it was even a featured wedding on The Knot
