I love tacos and travel, and will find any excuse to go overboard with my own holiday party decorations and details. I will be the first person you meet, your main contact and one of the coordinators taking care of every aspect of your big day.
Julie | Associate Planner
Living my best mom lift to two kids and a dog named Susan. Meeting our couples and experiencing their love, laughter and happiness is the stuff my rom-com dreams are made of. I’ll keep you and your party on track and having fun. Your details are in good hands while Julie’s around!

Dog dad and skateboard enthusiast. If Michigan had waves, you would catch me surfing. The owner of Crafted Law, I handle all the customized wedding documents and contract review for the Paper Hat couples.
Monica | Lead Planner
As an Enneagram 2 - my favorite thing to do is help others. I'm a Board Certified Health Coach by trade and an organization freak in my spare time. You'll find me creating to-do lists, walking my pup, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. I'm a self-proclaimed hype-girl that will bring the most organized, positive vibes to your big day.
Bad Boss Interns
We are highly motivated college-aged Bad Boss Interns that spend all off-season training with the Paper Hat Team to learn the ins-and-outs of wedding planning. On the day you can see us lighting candles, straightening chairs and picking literal lint off your table cloth. No detail is too small!
Meredith | Senior Manager
You can catch me dancing almost anywhere there is music playing. When I’m not busting a move, I’m most likely sipping on some red wine and snacking on a charcuterie board. Events are my passion. I’ll make you feel so relaxed you’ll be confident knowing I’ve got you covered.
