DAY ONE
Planning begins the moment you book. In your first meeting, we listen carefully to your vision, your priorities, and your non-negotiables, then translate them into an initial blueprint for the day.
PLANNING & DESIGN
From your blueprint, we build a tailored plan that maps every decision and every milestone between now and your wedding day. You’ll always know what’s next, what’s coming, and exactly where we are in the process.
TIMELINE & MANAGEMENT
As your day approaches, we finalize timelines, coordinate every vendor, and stay in close contact so nothing slips through the cracks. By the time you walk down the aisle, every detail has already been accounted for.
DAY Of
We set up every detail, hold the timeline, and serve as the go-to for everyone involved, so the only thing you have to do is be present.

Before signing any venue contracts or vendor agreements, make sure that the fine print doesn’t leave you paying more than you think.
Our bar certified attorney will review your contracts, break down the payments and obligations, clearly show where terms can be negotiated, and can suggest alterations or substitutions that best fit your event needs.

If planner is needed for after hours outside of Grand Rapids, hotel accommodations may be included at couple’s blocked rate
