After more than 200 weddings, we’ve built a process that turns the complexity of wedding planning into a clear, calm, collaborative experience so you can focus on what actually matters: the people gathered around you on your wedding day.

Squad Goals
Lindsay | Owner
Lindsay founded Paper Hat Weddings in 2016 and has led the planning of more than 200 Michigan weddings since.
She loves tacos and travel, and will find any excuse to go overboard with her own holiday party decorations and details. She’ll be the first person you meet, your main contact, and one of the planners taking care of every aspect of your big day.
Kevin | Attorney
Dog dad and skateboard enthusiast. If Michigan had waves, you would catch Kevin surfing. The owner of Crafted Law, Kevin handles all the customized wedding documents and contract review for the Paper Hat couples.
Monica | Lead Planner
As an Enneagram 2, Monica’s favorite thing to do is help others. Monica is a Board Certified Health Coach by trade and an organization pro in her spare time. You'll find her creating to-do lists, walking her pup, or whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. As a self-proclaimed hype-girl, she will bring the most organized, positive vibes to your big day.
Bad Boss Interns
Our interns are highly motivated and spend all off-season training with the Paper Hat Team to learn the ins-and-outs of wedding planning. On the day you can find them lighting candles, straightening chairs and picking literal lint off your linens.. No detail is too small.
Meredith | Senior Manager
You can catch Meredith dancing almost anywhere there is music playing. When she’s not busting a move, she’s most likely sipping on some red wine and snacking on a charcuterie board. Events are her passion. Meredith will make you feel so relaxed you’ll be confident knowing she’s got you covered.
