We don’t have to tell you that the year 2020-2021 brought us Plan A’s, B’s and even Z’s, but sometimes the later plans come out even better than the originals. Just like this perfect portico moment at Anna and Chris’s Frugthaven Farm Wedding.

This day had a lot of logistics because the couple was able to use almost the entire grounds of this new wedding property. Between the market, first look at the orchards, cocktail hour at the silos, ceremony and dancing under the portico, catering in the red barn and finally dinner under the tent, there was a lot of ground to cover and they were able to connect each location flawlessly.

I loved using the silos as the bar area, as did the guests. And the string quartet playing in Anna and Chris under the portico for their ceremony was magical. They were able to pull little touches from orchard like the donuts and apple place settings to create the perfect balance of elegance and location.
