Another Buschle Wedding in the books! This family is so special to me and so dear to my heart. We first worked Anna’s wedding at Frugthaven, then her sister Kristina’s Wedding at the Perry and now their brother Billy’s wedding at Bay Harbor.

Not to mention a number of their friends that are now in each other’s bridal parties. It’s a full circle moment that keeps coming back around over and over again. We feel so blessed that a family as amazing as this would continue to trust and include us in these huge milestones in their lives.

Bay Harbor Marina Weddings have some of the most challenging logistics to manage, and with good reason. There are so few locations that encompass and capture the feeling and uniqueness of Northern Michigan. Bay Harbor Village is its own tiny New England of the Midwest, with it’s picture perfect cottages and on the water views, all steps away from one another. You truly cannot find anything better.

Dakota’s eye for design made her bridesmaids color palettes one of my favorites of all times, and one in which Sycamore Floral Co executed so cohesively alongside it. Adding fun touches like the retro style signage and disco balls made the entire aesthetic so unique, yet so timeless.

From the welcome party the night before on Sunset Beach, to the ceremony overlooking the marina, to finally dining and dancing late into the night with Lake Michigan in the background, Dakota and Billy’s day perfectly encapsulated the truly special experience that is a Northern Michigan Wedding.
